How this began

Full Bloom founder Sam Piercy invited the founding women to explore what could happen if they combined their skills, experiences and relationships around a shared initiative. The Collective Harvest grew from that invitation: share the stories, introduce the work, and create resources that can help women take their next steps.

This first Harvest is a pilot project. It connects individual aspirations with collective action, while exploring how financial resources can circulate through a community.

What Full Bloom explores

Full Bloom is an experiential journey connecting personal discovery, financial empowerment, purposeful income creation, entrepreneurship and collaboration. Its Seed to Harvest process invites women to recognize what they already bring and explore practical ways to express that value.

Full Bloom Gardens are supported learning communities. Women explore their individual ideas while sharing questions, experiences and possibilities with a facilitator and other participants.

What contributors help support

The initiative has two connected purposes: making resources available for participating women’s Full Bloom projects, where relevant, and building a scholarship fund that opens participation to other women.

Scholarship numbers depend on funding raised, applications and the resources available to support participants. This campaign does not promise that each contribution automatically funds a specific number of scholarships.

Scholarship participation begins with a $55 value exchange, with support to explore creating it if needed. Express interest in a scholarship
