Full Bloom Harvest ("we") runs this website and the Full Bloom Harvest contribution campaign. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, who sees it and your choices. It follows British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
What we collect
When you contribute, the form asks for:
- your full name and email address;
- your contribution amount, the option you chose and what it includes;
- whether you agreed to the contributor terms and refund policy, and when;
- whether you ticked the optional email-list checkbox. If you did, we keep the exact wording you agreed to, its version, the time and that it came from the contribution form.
When our team confirms your payment, we record the gross amount Wise shows as received, the Wise transaction reference and the date. We also record when your collection was delivered, which version you received, whether the delivery email was sent and how many times your download link was used.
Our web server keeps standard logs (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
- To match your Wise payment to your contribution and deliver your collection.
- To send emails about your own contribution: the delivery email, a new link if you ask for one, and a notice when the final edition replaces a draft.
- For a Full Bloom position, to contact you about onboarding.
- If you opted in, to send Full Bloom news, women's projects and upcoming offerings. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and joining is never required to receive your collection.
Who sees it
- The Full Bloom Harvest campaign team, through a password-protected admin area.
- Wise, which processes your payment under its own privacy policy. Wise may process data outside Canada.
- Our hosting provider, Host With Pascucci, which runs the server in British Columbia, Canada, and Cloudflare, which delivers the site to your browser (United States).
We do not sell your information, and the site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is one that keeps the campaign team signed in to the admin area; visitors never receive it.
How long we keep it
Contribution and payment records are kept as business records for as long as the law requires. Marketing consent records are kept while you are subscribed and as proof of consent afterward.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time with the link in any of those emails. You can ask to see or correct your personal information, or ask a question about this policy, by emailing [email protected].
